Shipping

Fulfillment:

Please allow up to 48 hours for fulfillment of regular orders. Weekend orders are fulfilled on the Monday & Tuesday of the following week. Any orders with customization will require 5 additional days for fulfillment.

Regular Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the US! Expedited shipping is available at full price.

Expedited Shipping:

When choosing expedited shipping, please be aware that orders require regular fulfillment time as mentioned above before shipping out. Orders do not ship over the weekend. Therefore, Next Day Air orders placed Friday will be shipped out Monday, to arrive Tuesday.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping prices out of the US are determined by carrier, and a handling fee is added to cover customs & duties.

Pricing Info

I ordered this as a gift & I don't want any invoice or pricing information to be sent along.

Being primarily a gifting company, we never include any pricing information or invoice inside your package. You will always receive an order confirmation via email with any necessary details.

Return Policy

I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

Please notify as soon as possible & let us know about your mistake. We will do our utmost to fix it before it ships out.

What is your return policy?

As a gift shop, we want to ensure that every person who receives a gift will feel the expressions of happiness that you intended. Should something arrive broken or damaged after our precautions, please send photo proof within 24 hours of delivery to help@bspokecreations.com. We either send out a replacement or refund your purchase, dependent on the circumstances. Other than damage to your gift, we usually cannot process refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the gifts involved.
